Tell us which iPhone or iPad you are using and what happened just before the problem, and the answer will be quicker and better.
Your best climb is stored on the device and in your own iCloud. Sign in to the same iCloud account on the new device, with iCloud Drive turned on, and open the game — the record follows. If you do not use iCloud, the record stays on the old device, because there is no account system and nowhere else for it to live.
That button only appears when you are signed in to Game Center. The game will never ask you to sign in, and it plays exactly the same without it. To turn it on: iOS Settings, Game Center, sign in, then reopen the game.
Open iOS Settings, scroll to The Last Watt, and turn on the light floor. It sets a minimum brightness that the dark can never fall below, and it adds a sound cue that points to the next platform. It switches on by itself if you use Increase Contrast or VoiceOver.
There are three ways to steer, in the same settings screen: tilt, touch, or automatic, where the bulb handles the sideways part and you only tap. A game controller and a keyboard work too.
Yes. The whole game runs on your device. Nothing is downloaded, nothing is streamed, nothing phones home.
We will not promise anything here that is not built. When a new floor, a new house or a new feature exists, it shows up in the app and on this site, and not before.
Send us the message and we will fix it or tell you honestly that we cannot. If the game crashes, and you have chosen to share analytics with developers in your iOS settings, Apple sends us the crash report with the identifying parts removed — that alone is often enough to find it.
